The pros, the cons, and everything between
The staff genuinely made our stay special, always smiling and quick to assist. The open-air cinema is a unique touch, creating a magical atmosphere!
Despite its beauty, the beach was pebbly and not well-kept, hindering a relaxing experience. the lengthy check-in process was frustrating as we arrived.

The on-site spa offers a wide range of full-service treatments, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The architectural design is striking, blending modern elegance with a natural environment, creating a visually appealing experience.
Beach access is somewhat cumbersome and marred by pebbly conditions, making swimming less enjoyable. There’s a notable lack of maintenance in various areas. for instance, the shared pool in my room was dirty and unusable, and I experienced multiple issues with room facilities, such as a malfunctioning shower and layers of dust. The breakfast options were repetitive, and I found the overall dining areas unclean with visible signs of pests. Additional frustration arose from the lack of towels, especially at busy times, which hampered relaxation at both the pool and beach. It's also quite a trek to the beachfront, requiring a car instead of a quick walk.

We had a fantastic stay with an amazing swim-out family room that was both huge and luxurious. The food at the Italian restaurant was definitely worth the wait! The spa treatments were super relaxing, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, the balcony was a bit small for our needs, but overall, it was a great experience! 👍

More shaded areas at the pool are needed.

The view steals the show
Waking up every morning to stunning ocean views was breathtaking. The kids enjoyed the dedicated activities while we indulged in the on-site spa featuring full services.
The location felt a bit isolated, and the gym was too small for the number of guests. The lack of towels at the private beach was also inconvenient.
